  Got a bagel with cream cheese on it for $2.09 went back to get a extra cream cheese tried to charge me $2.69.. no thank you. Other than that everything was fine

  We go here a lot and almost every time the order gets screwed up. Whether they forget to include an item, make a sandwich incorrectly, or just plain skip our order all together while we wait needlessly, they make sure to make the experience not so good. Poor management is the root cause because these employees are obviously not trained correctly and are put into positions they clearly have no idea how to do. If there was another place close by we would never step foot in the place again. It's a real shame as it has so much potential to be a nice addition to the neighborhood and a nice place to patronize.

  Good food, coffee, and donuts. Need to replace their overhead speakers as some sound horrible. Quiet and clean.
